“Tragic Toll: 10 Dead and 23 Injured, including Children, amidst Difficult Weather Conditions in Ukraine”

According to a statement made by Igor Klimenko, the head of Ukraine’s emergency services, the country has experienced severe weather conditions resulting in the death of 10 individuals, including two children, as well as injuring 23 others. This tragic news was reported by Liga.net.

The National Police has revealed that the snowstorms have taken a toll on various regions, including Odessa, Kharkiv, Nikolaev, and Kiev. In the Odessa region alone, the state emergency service has already rendered assistance to 2,498 individuals, including 162 children. The challenging weather conditions have claimed the lives of five people and caused 15 injuries.

Additionally, in the Nikolaev region, two people have lost their lives and two others have been injured. The situation is alarming, with eight major roads closed for traffic in both the Mikolaiv and Kirovohrad regions.

As a result, there are now 411 settlements in 11 regions without gas supply. However, the national and regional authorities are closely collaborating to tackle the aftermath of this harsh weather, as stated by the prime minister.
