Ghuleryan mentioned that the agreement on comprehensive peace and security would contribute to the development of transportation and communication networks in the region, fostering peace and stability. However, he highlighted the missed opportunity for Armenia to take full advantage of this cooperation. On a different note, Ghuleryan emphasized Turkey’s support for Georgia’s overall development and its stance on the conflicts in Abkhazia and South Ossetia, hoping for peaceful resolutions.
