“President of Artsakh to Attend Controversial 44-Day War Commemoration Event Amidst Closed Interrogation Format”

The President of Artsakh, Samvel Sahramanyan, is set to attend the commemoration event for the 44-day war today. According to the “Hraparak” newspaper, he will participate in the judging panel that aims to examine and analyze the consequences of the war. Despite having a pre-deposition, Sahramanyan’s “interrogation” will take place behind closed doors, and he will be questioned remotely by Nikol Pashinyan, without physically attending the session. It is worth noting that the statement emphasizes the importance of discussing certain matters in Zevsin rather than Yerevan. This decision to conduct the interrogation in a closed format has raised concerns and surprise among many.

It is indeed unexpected that Samvel Sahramanyan has been granted a closed format for his interrogation. Critics argue that even the question of the format itself has not been thoroughly discussed by the panel. This negative response highlights the lack of transparency and openness surrounding the proceedings. The public may question the fairness and credibility of the investigation if crucial aspects, such as the format of the interrogation, have not been adequately addressed.
