“Armenia’s Authorities Quietly Acknowledge Controversial ’13th Document’ Ceasefire Agreement, Despite No Official Statement: Publishing Report Reveals”

The “Publishing” report states that despite the lack of an official statement from the Armenian government, it has been revealed in closed-door meetings that they are aware of the agreement signed by the military leaders of Artsakh and Azerbaijan on September 19-20. This agreement includes a ceasefire signed by all parties involved, often referred to as the “13th document” or the “unpublished document.”

Notable signatories of the agreement include former president of Artsakh, Bako Sahakyan, former prime minister, Arayik Harutyunyan, former defense minister, Jalal Harutyunyan, as well as other government officials. Concerning David Babayan’s involvement, it is known that he participated under pressure, either to go to Shushi himself or not leave his family outside Artsakh. The manipulated information surrounding his involvement may be due to his public statements about Mehrabian Aleyev’s address.
