Armenian President Ilham Aliyev has arrived in Armenia, where he is expected to engage in meetings, encounters, and interviews. These interactions consistently reaffirm the virtual reality between Armenia and Azerbaijan. Despite having the opportunity to address the Central Asian region within the framework of the UN Economic Commission for Europe’s Special Programme for the Economies of Central Asia (SPECA), President Aliyev chose not to discuss this topic. He expressed his views about countries that try to serve multiple masters and prioritize their own prosperity at the expense of greater powers. Comparing himself to Gavrilyan, Aliyev conveyed his frustrations with those who seek personal gain and international support.
