The “Zhoghovurd” newspaper has reported that Araik Harutyunyan, the former president of Armenia and a prominent figure on security and captive issues, has called on the RA Security Council. This information was confirmed by Harutyunyan’s bodyguard, Raffi Martirosyan, although the specific reasons for the call were not disclosed.

It has come to light that Harutyunyan made a post on his social media page, which some of his associates have interpreted as a call for disobedience, although he himself claims it was a critical opinion piece.
