Armenian representative and ambassador Arman Khachatryan presented a detailed report to the Committee of Ministers regarding the November 17 decision on the return of the Armenian population of Artsakh and Azerbaijan’s obligations. Khachatryan emphasized Armenia’s commitment to the political settlement of the Artsakh conflict, focusing on maintaining peace and stability in the region.

It was revealed that on November 21, Armenia sent the 6th revision of the agreement on the organization of conflict regulations to Azerbaijan. Khachatryan highlighted the guiding principles of conflict regulation.

During their visit to Armenia from November 6-8, representatives of the Council of Europe observed the situation in the country. They confirmed that with the support of the Armenian government, the Armenian population of Artsakh has found temporary shelter and some semblance of order has been restored after Azerbaijan’s military aggression.
