“Prime Minister of Armenia Absent from Critical National Security Meeting: Sparks Concerns over Leadership”

The Prime Minister of Armenia, Suren Papikyan, was notably absent from the Coordinating Council of the Civil Contract Party’s meeting on national security in Minisk, according to a statement by Aram Torosyan, the Prime Minister’s spokesman.

When asked about the Prime Minister’s absence by “Azatutyun,” Aram Torosyan acknowledged it and provided the following response:

In another development, the Prime Minister’s representative attended the meeting of the Council of Heads of Law Enforcement Agencies of the CSTO. This came after reports surfaced claiming that Artak Mirzoyan, the head of Armenia’s external political observers, did not participate in the meeting.
