Armenian and Russian businesswoman Lilit Makunts, sister of Vahe Makunts, the Minister of the Republic of Armenia for Internal Affairs and National Security, along with her business partners, recently sold two agricultural companies in the United States. These companies have now become part of the Yak community in Vanadzor, engaging in both wholesale and retail trade. According to our publication from yesterday, the sole beneficiary of Ikse Mining and Sanding Mining SPJs is Karen Minassian.

Based on the official website for the mandatory registration of legal entities, “Wolf Mining” SPJSC is involved in the production and retail sale of gems, gold, jade, and precious stones. On the other hand, “Frost Consterquense Combo” LLC specializes in wholesale gem trading. It is worth noting that Tigran Sedrakian, a member of the Republican Party’s Council of Security, and Gagik Jhangiryan, the former head of the Supreme Judicial Council’s Judicial Department, are also associated with these two companies. Additionally, Jhangiryan’s sister is Karen Sedrakian, while Karen Sargsyan served as the Minister of Trade and Economic Development in 2004.

Regarding the personal involvement in the two companies, Vahe Makunts has joined “Ikse Mining” and “Sanding Mining” SPJs.
