On November 20, at 15:22, the National Crisis Management Center of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Armenia received emergency notifications concerning the emergency management centers of national and regional rescue services. The notifications highlighted a series of road accidents that took place in Dilijan, Tavush region, the village of Amasia in Shirak region, and on the Maralik-Pemzashen highway. These accidents resulted in several vehicles becoming trapped.

After conducting a rescue operation, the National Rescue Service reported that 9 transport vehicles were successfully freed and 19 injured individuals received assistance.
