Azerbaijan Declares Resident of Karabakh as “Khojaly Genocide” Participant: Reports
The Public Services Regulatory Commission (PSRC) of Azerbaijan has declared Rasheed Beglaryan, a resident of the Mountainous Karabakh region of Azerbaijan, to be a participant in the “Khojaly Genocide” which they claim he allegedly committed.
According to a statement published by the Azerbaijani Ministry of Defense, the PSRC informs that “Beglaryan, who is involved in the activities of the Armenian armed forces and other individuals, as well as in various criminal activities related to terrorism and human rights violations, participation in military operations, participation in illegal military formations of the Armenian armed forces, has been declared wanted under articles 112, 113, 115.2, 279.1, and 318.1 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan”.
