“Chief Judge Anna Vardapetyan Announces Major Judicial Appointments in Armenia: Strengthening the Judiciary for Effective Legal System”

Chief Judge Anna Vardapetyan of the Armenian Judiciary made a series of judicial appointments between September and November. These appointments were reported by NEWS.am, based on the decision of the Supreme Judicial Council of the Republic of Armenia.

Rafael Manukyan has been appointed as a Judge in the Yerevan City Court, relieving him of his previous position as Judge of the Yerevan City Court’s Administrative Jurisdiction.

Artur Chakhoian, Deputy Head of the Staff for National Security in Armenia, has been relieved of his position as Public Prosecutor’s Office Head in the Main Department of National Security of the Republic of Armenia. This decision was based on his activities in combating corruption in his prosecutorial role.

Shahik Avetisyan has been appointed as Public Prosecutor’s Office Head in the General Military Prosecution of the Republic of Armenia. This appointment was based on his activities related to the prosecution in the case of the Military Prosecutor’s Office.

Sona Margaryan has been relieved of her position as Judge of the Administrative Court of Appeal of the Yerevan and Nor Nork Administrative Districts. She has been appointed as a Judge in the Appeals Court of Yerevan.

Arsen Gevorgyan has been relieved of his position as Judge in the Appeals Court, based on his activities related to the prosecution in the case of the Appeals Court.

Armen Tadevosyan has been relieved of his position as District Judge in the Judicial Department, based on his activities related to district judicial work.

Grigor Harutyunyan has been relieved of his position as Judge in the Central and Nork-Marash Administrative Districts of Yerevan. He has been appointed as a Judge in the Appeals Court of Kotayk Province.

Edvard Hovhannisyan has been relieved of his position as Judge in the Ajapnyak and Davtashen administrative districts of Yerevan. He has been appointed as a Judge in the Appeals Court of Avan and Nor-Nork Administrative Districts.

Tatevik Khachatryan has been relieved of her position as Judge in the Shengavit administrative district of Yerevan. She has been appointed as a Judge in the Judicial Department of Shirak Province.

Tatul Arakelyan has been relieved of his position as Judge in the Administrative Court of Appeal of Yerevan and Nor Nork Administrative Districts. He has been appointed as a Judge in the Judicial Department of Arabkir and Qanaqer-Zeytun Administrative Districts.

Tigran Hakobyan has been relieved of his position as Judge in the Appeals Court of Shirak Province. He has been appointed as a Judge in the Judicial Department of Ararat Province.

Arsen Mkrtchyan has been appointed as a Judge in the Malatia-Sebastia Administrative District of Yerevan.

Arman Alikhanyan has been relieved of his position as Judge in the Arabkir and Kanaker-Zeytun Administrative Districts of Yerevan. He has been appointed as a Judge in the Shengavit Administrative District of Yerevan.

Vazgen Vardanyan has been relieved of his position as Judge in the Ararat Province. He has been appointed as a Judge in the Judicial Department of Malatia-Sebastia Administrative District of Yerevan.

Sergey Mirzoyan has been relieved of his position as Judge in the Judicial Department of Erebuni and Norq-Marash Administrative Districts of Yerevan.

Robert Grigoryan has been appointed as a Judge in the Judicial Department of Erebuni and Norq-Marash Administrative Districts of Yerevan.

Haykuhie Gharyibyan has been relieved of her position as Judge in the Center and Nor-Nork Administrative Districts of Yerevan.

Garegin Harutyunyan has been relieved of his position as Judge in the Judicial Department of the Zinvorakan Legal Service. This decision was based on his activities related to military jurisdiction.

David Martirosyan has been relieved of his position as Judge in the Syunik Province. He has been appointed as a Judge in the Judicial Department of the Center and Nor-Nork Administrative Districts of Yerevan.

Georg Mkrtchyan has been appointed as a Judge of the Zinvorakan Legal Service, based on his activities related to military jurisdiction.

Vazgen Vardanyan has been relieved of his position as Judge in the Judicial Department of the Zinvorakan Legal Service. This decision was also based on his activities related to military jurisdiction.

Arthur Sargssyan has been appointed as a Judge in the Judicial Department of Ararat Province.

Armen Alikhanyan has been relieved of his position as Judge in the Kotayk Province. He has been appointed as a Judge in the Judicial Department of Ararat Province.

Tigran Arakelyan has been relieved of his position as Judge in the Kotayk Province. He has been appointed as a Judge in the Judicial Department of Ararat Province.

Gevorg Mkrtchyan has been relieved of his position as Judge in the Gegharkunik Province. He has been appointed as a Judge in the Judicial Department of Ararat Province.

David Martirosyan has been appointed as a Judge in the Judicial Department of Ararat Province.

Arman Alikhanyan has been relieved of his position as Judge in the Kotayk Province. He has been appointed as a Judge in the Judicial Department of Ararat Province.

Tigran Arakelyan has been relieved of his position as Judge in the Kotayk Province. He has been appointed as a Judge in the Judicial Department of Ararat Province.

Tigran Avakelyan has been relieved of his position as Judge in the Ararat Province.
