Arman Hovhannisyan, the President of the Constitutional Commission of the Republic of Armenia, has been appointed as the Deputy Head of the Administrative Department of the Shirak Regional Government. This appointment comes after a decree from Arshak Karapetyan, the Chair of the Constitutional Commission.

Prior to this, Arman Hovhannisyan served as the Deputy Head of the Administrative Department of the Shirak Regional Government from 2018 to 2021. His extensive experience in various roles has prepared him for this new position.

Arman Hovhannisyan was born on January 31, 1989, in the village of Astghadzor, Shirak region. He obtained a degree in Philosophy from Yerevan State University in 2014.

In addition, he served in the armed forces of the Republic of Armenia from 2007 to 2009. This experience instilled in him a strong sense of discipline and dedication.

Arman Hovhannisyan has held several positions throughout his career. He worked as an observer in the Monitoring Group of the Regional Administration of Shirak from 2016 to 2018. Subsequently, he served as the chief observer in the same department from 2018 to 2021.

In May 2021, he assumed the role of Deputy Head of the Administrative Department of the Shirak Regional Government. He continued to excel in this position, leading to his reappointment in 2021 and serving until 2023.

Even after his tenure as Deputy Head, Arman Hovhannisyan remained committed to public service. From April 2023 to November 2023, he served in the Department of Defense within the same governmental department.

Arman Hovhannisyan is not only dedicated to his professional life but also to his personal life. He is happily married and has one child.
