“Violent Clash Erupts Near Supermarket in Aghanvadzor: Two Injured, Gunshots Fired, and Vehicles Vandalized as Criminal Case Unfolds”

News has just come in on November 12, 2023, regarding an incident that took place near a supermarket in the residential area of Aghavnadzor. A fight broke out involving a group of people, resulting in two individuals getting injured. Shots were fired and several vehicles were vandalized.

According to NEWS.am, the RA Investigative Committee has initiated a criminal case under several articles of the Criminal Code of the RA. A criminal group has been formed and investigative actions are currently underway, including various criminal, economic, and operational measures.

In Aghavnadzor, the injured parties have been identified as a 24-year-old and a 51-year-old resident of the same village. The crime scene investigation has revealed evidence of gunfire, fragments, and approximately ten damaged vehicles. These vehicles have been moved to a secured area for further examination. Forensic experts have also conducted necessary forensic, visual, and operational activities at the crime scene.

A witness from the same village has come forward, stating that on November 12, between 18:00 and 19:00, the incident took place during a meeting between the 24-year-old individual, a businessman from the village, the 51-year-old resident, and a relative. It was during this meeting that shots were fired.

Based on the evidence obtained, several residents from the capital city and other provinces of the Republic have been detained. Documents found suggest their involvement in the crime, leading to a decision to conduct a judicial investigation against them. The investigation is still ongoing, and efforts are being made to apprehend the remaining individuals involved and bring them to justice.
