“Rising Crime Rates in Armenia: 76 Violations Uncovered in Recent Operations”

The Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Armenia has released official reports on the results of active operations conducted by the RA Police from November 13 to 14, focusing on public order. These operations have uncovered a total of 76 violations, including 4 cases that had previously been committed.

According to NEWS.am, the violations reported include 24 cases of drug discovery, 11 cases of bodily injuries, 5 cases of physical violence, 4 cases of property theft, 3 cases of emotional and mental abuse, 2 cases of property damage or destruction, and 1 case each of domestic violence, sexual assault, residential burglary, computer abuse, asset freezing, interference with official duties, employee labor disputes, providing false information, and concealing information required for announcement.

As a result of these operations, one arrest has been made, and there are currently 5 pending investigations. Among the previously committed operations, 2 cases each of domestic violence, property theft, and asset freezing have been revealed.

Additionally, in the past day alone, there have been a total of 10 road accidents registered in the Republic of Armenia. These accidents sadly resulted in one fatality and left 18 others with various degrees of bodily injuries.
