On November 13th, at 12:42, the National Center for Emergency Management received distressing news of an accident on the Yerevan-Ashtarak highway, resulting in injuries. The RA Ministry of Emergency Situations confirmed to NEWS.am that the location is currently under investigation by the regional search and rescue department of the RA MES.

According to the available information, the collision involved a “Mercedes-Benz” driven by L.M. (born in 1996) and a “GAZel” driven by A.H. The incident occurred on the 3rd kilometer of the Yerevan-Ashtarak highway, with the “Mercedes-Benz” vehicle flipping over approximately 20 meters away from the road.

Prior to the arrival of rescuers, both the driver of the “Mercedes-Benz” and the passenger, K.M. (born in 1988), managed to exit the vehicle and were subsequently transported to the hospital with minor injuries.

The rescuers swiftly took action, stabilizing the condition of the “Mercedes-Benz” vehicle and successfully closing the gas valve to eliminate any potential hazards.
