A driver in Armenia has been caught operating a vehicle without a license, according to the operative service of the RA Ministry of Internal Affairs. The incident occurred on November 12, when Artyom Sahakyan, the commander of the PC Kotayk branch, attempted to stop the driver using his personal Kia vehicle, equipped with a siren. However, the driver failed to respond to the signal and attempted to escape, even causing damage to the commander’s personal vehicle. The driver has been identified as Narek Matevosyan, a 17-year-old resident of Nor Hachn. It is notable that Matevosyan is the son of Gagik Matevosyan, the mayor of Nor Hachn.
