The new Toyota Camry is set to be presented on November 14, according to a report by Motor.ru. Production of this highly anticipated model will begin at the start of 2024, making it available in the market. More details have been released regarding its powertrain, with the Camry offering a hybrid option known as the “Internal” Camry. Additionally, there will be a PHEV plug-in hybrid version available. Unofficial information suggests that the new model will be based on the TNGA-K platform, which was also used for its predecessor. The engine range will include a 2.4-liter turbo engine, a 2.5-liter “atmospheric” engine, and the discontinuation of the V6. The design of the Camry will have both front and overall elements, and customers will have the choice between six-speed and eight-speed automatic transmissions.

Depending on the market, the new Camry will offer different equipment levels. In China, there will be a stronger emphasis on digital features, while the United States will feature a more traditional approach. As for external changes, the model will resemble the new Prius with its optics, while the overall silhouette will have a sportier appearance.
