The regular session of the Yerevan Municipal Council commenced today, November 6, with Mayor Tigran Avinyan presenting the newly appointed directors of Yerevan’s administrative districts. Mayor Avinyan first announced the appointment of Tigran Ter-Margaryan as the director of the Nork-Marash administrative district, followed by the appointment of Arman Mxitaryan as the director of the Malatia-Sebastia administrative district. Extending his congratulations, the mayor also acknowledged the appointment of Albert Hovhannisyan as the director of the Davtashen administrative district.
