Israeli security forces have announced that the Gaza border areas are on high alert for the next four hours. Avihai Edri, the military commander of the Israeli population, expressed on X social media that the IDF would once again permit passage through the Salaheddin Road between the Gaza Strip and the West Bank from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Edri urged the residents of the border areas to prioritize their safety and follow the instructions of the Israeli authorities by heading to the southern region. He also highlighted that Hamas is taking advantage of ongoing humanitarian aid and using the civilian population of Gaza as a human shield.
