Ara Kamalyan, a resident of Artsakh, expressed his concerns during a press conference held by the Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs on November 6. Kamalyan, who considers himself a refugee, pleaded with the Prime Minister and Minister of Social Affairs to register his five children at his house. He expressed his desire to remain in Armenia, stating that he has no intentions of seeking refuge in other countries such as Spain or France.

Kamalyan also shared his experience of protecting his family and their belongings during the recent escalation in Artsakh. He mentioned that despite the support from the Ministry of Defense and various projects being proposed, he still feels uncertain about the future for his family in terms of housing and other rights.

It is worth noting that the Armenian authorities have been extending assistance to the displaced residents of Artsakh, offering financial compensation and the option to become Armenian citizens, among other benefits provided to all Armenian citizens.
