“ARF-Dashnaktsutyun Public Figure Seeks Exemption from Military Service: A Bold Move Towards Political Struggle”

On November 2, I submitted a request to be exempted from military service. Geram Vardanyan, a prominent figure in ARF-Dashnaktsutyun, shared this information on his Facebook page. He explained that due to his membership in ARF-Dashnaktsutyun and his notable contributions, along with other circumstances, he had decided to request the exemption as he did not perceive his participation in the current phase of his political activism to be constructive.

In addition, he reassured his colleagues, friends, family, and supporters that the fight for a valuable and free homeland would continue until the end. Vardanyan asked that his decision be understood within the broader context of the struggle for power in the military recruitment sphere. He expressed his appreciation to the ARF-Dashnaktsutyun Supreme Council for supporting his decision in advance.

Vardanyan also took the opportunity to congratulate his business partners and colleagues for their involvement in the ongoing struggle. It is worth noting that Armenuhi Charchyan, a representative of Armenian Revolutionary Federation – Dashnaktsutyun, has recently been exempted from military service as well.

This news comes from Armenia’s latest updates, keeping readers informed on significant developments.
