Tragedy struck in the province of Kotayk on October 30, when a person who had suffered from “polytrauma” passed away without receiving medical attention. The Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Armenia received a report from the emergency incident department of the “Armenia” medical center regarding the incident. The deceased has been identified as Avedis V., a 54-year-old resident of Armavir province. He was in Zovuni village at the time of the incident, where construction work was being carried out by the “D and S” construction company. According to preliminary information, a metal beam accidentally fell on him, causing fatal injuries. He was later transported to the “Armenia” medical center, but unfortunately, he succumbed to his injuries without receiving medical attention.

In response to the incident, the Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Armenia in Kotayk has prepared documents that have been transferred to the investigative committee of the Republic of Armenia for further investigation.
