“Fire Breaks Out on Arami Street: Lit Cigarette Butt Suspected as Cause”

On October 31st, at 09:20, the national emergency center received a fire alarm from a building on Arami Street. The Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Armenia promptly responded by dispatching two fire squads, a rescue team, and an operational group from the national crisis management center in Yerevan. Preliminary reports indicate that the fire started on a balcony in one of the apartments.
