“Russian President Putin and Top Military Officials Honored with Prestigious Titles”
Russian President Vladimir Putin has been awarded the title of Hero of the Russian Federation for his various contributions in the fields of military, intelligence, security, justice, and economic activity. He has also been honored with the title of Honorary Submariner. The decree announcing these awards has been published on the official portal of self-governmental information.
In addition to President Putin, the title of Hero of the Russian Federation has been bestowed upon Valery Gerasimov, the head of the General Staff of the Armed Forces, and Anatoly Gulyaev, the Deputy Minister of Defense, in recognition of their significant contributions to defense and security. Additionally, General-Lieutenant Mikhail Babich has been appointed as the new Commander-in-Chief of the Central Military District, while General-Major Roman Salyutdinov has assumed the role of General-Admiral. These decisions have been officially signed by the President.
Furthermore, another decree has been issued appointing Alexander Kouznetsov as the Minister of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation Academy, and Baltian Razzmacov as the Chief of the Main Protection Department. This decree is currently in effect.
Lastly, the President has appointed Andrey Byelov as the President of the Security Council of the Russian Federation, which consists of 30 members, including 12 military representatives. The council is chaired by the head of state.
