Senate Democrats have taken action by presenting their $110.5 million budget plan on Thursday to fulfill Biden’s request for aid to Ukraine. Additionally, majority leader Chuck Schumer has expressed his willingness to overcome the filibuster by offering a limited amendment to the minority within their proposal.
