On December 4 at 21:16, the emergency service of the Aragatsotn regional administration received a fire alarm from the Berkarat village, alerting them to a grass fire.

According to the RA Ministry of Emergency Situations, the situation was promptly addressed by the MES regional emergency service. Two fire brigade units were immediately dispatched to the scene.

It has been determined that the fire originated near the 7th street of the village.

The fire was successfully extinguished at 22:18 and completely eliminated by December 5 at 00:04. Unfortunately, the fire had already affected approximately 350 hectares of grassland.
