On December 2, at 18:00, the emergency department of the maternity hospital in Vagharchapatak received a report that 15-year-old Narek H. was transferred to the “Holy Mother of God” MC with a diagnosis of “polytrauma,” as reported by Shamshyan.com.

The “Vagharchapatak” maternity hospital had previously transferred the medical center on November 23.

According to doctors, the child is currently in the intensive care unit, while the mother claims that he was injured by an explosion.

Prior to receiving medical assistance, authorities held a briefing and provided operational information. It was revealed that on November 17, during a physical education lesson at Maxim Gorky School No. 5 in Vagharchapatak, Narek H. and another student, Melik K., both residents of Ararat province, were seriously injured during an experiment that resulted in an explosion.
Unfortunately, Narek H. passed away in the hospital.

Following the incident, an investigation was launched by the Department of Investigation in Vagharchapatak.

A forensic examination determined that it is necessary to investigate further in order to determine whether the child’s death was a result of the explosion, as there is also information suggesting he may have had existing health problems.

Araik K. and Melik K. are currently enrolled as students at Maxim Gorky School in Vagharchapatak.
