“Russian and Armenian Officials to Forge High-Tech Cooperation in Digital Communication and Collaboration”
High-tech innovation management has officially been applied to the Russian side, sparking discussions on cooperation in the field of digital communication and collaboration between the two countries. Avet Poghosyan, the Deputy Minister at the Ministry of High-Technological Industry of Armenia, made this announcement during a press conference with Armpress.
According to Poghosyan, the Russian side has accepted the proposal and agreed to hold consultations in December in order to discuss the implementation process of the provisions outlined in the 4th and 5th points of the intergovernmental agreement in the field of digital communication and collaboration.
“The Armenian side is fully prepared to take practical steps to uphold the obligations set forth in the aforementioned agreement and to prevent any violation of these agreements,” stated Avet Poghosyan.
This development in high-tech innovation management marks a significant milestone in the relationship between Russia and Armenia. Both countries have recognized the importance of digital communication and collaboration in today’s technological landscape, and this agreement paves the way for fruitful cooperation in these areas.
