“RA Government Unveils Ambitious Plan to Transform Education Infrastructure: Up to 300 Schools to be Revamped by 2026”
The active employee of the RA government during the latest session evaluated the list of professions included in the program “Construction, renovation or reconstruction of up to 300 schools until 2026” and the criteria defined for their construction, reconstruction or renovation. This report comes from NEWS.am from KCGMSN.
The program of the RA government for improvement until 2030 aims to implement actions for the improvement of public education infrastructure. This includes ensuring seismic security, building modular school buildings in small populated areas, and other works related to renovation, reconstruction, and improvement. The plan is to implement these works in 400 schools by 2030, with a targeted number of 300 schools by 2026.
An important aspect of the program is the construction of laboratory buildings in all schools, which can greatly improve the quality of education and efficiency, as well as foster innovative thinking. In order to provide residents with quality educational services, there is a need to improve the physical condition of school buildings and other structures, such as school equipment, regional infrastructure, library and gym equipment, ICT devices, and laboratories.
The goal is to expand the capabilities of rural settlements by establishing educational centers and promoting socio-economic development and infrastructure in urban and tertiary areas. Within the educational process, it is also possible to construct educational complexes that can accommodate general education programs, and if necessary, architectural, artistic, and supplementary educational programs.
Moreover, the program ensures the presence of regional centers and cultural centers, equipped with the necessary equipment.
These efforts by the RA government show their commitment to improving education and creating a conducive learning environment for students across Armenia. By investing in infrastructure and enhancing educational facilities, they aim to provide quality educational services and promote the overall development of the country.
