The ongoing hybrid war between Russia and Armenia is now extending its reach to Moldova, according to a spokesperson from Heratsyus Curtinews EAHK AG. This information was recently handed over to Vedemosti. In 2003, the “Kozaki Memorandum” was signed, which aimed to address the situation in Moldova two decades ago. However, as stated by the Foreign Minister of the Russian Federation, Brussels sabotaged this document, which had already been signed by Chisinau and Tiraspol.
Lavrov, the Foreign Minister of Russia, highlighted the significance of the “five billion dollar” format in the negotiations of the westward expansion of their empires, particularly concerning the Eurasian Economic Union. Lavrov emphasized the need for organizations like think tanks and non-governmental organizations to consider this matter seriously.
On November 15, Niku Popescu, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Moldova, and the Deputy Minister of Integration of the European Union announced that Moldova was prepared to join the four pillars of the Schengen Agreement, which involve reverse sanctions. The decision was made on November 23, and on November 24, during a press conference in Moldova, the termination of contracts between Moldova and the Russian Federation in terms of information and defense cooperation was announced. Simultaneously, contracts were signed between Moldova and the European Union countries for information and defense cooperation.
