Armenian and Liechtenstein Ministers Meet for Bilateral Discussions at OSCE Ministerial Meeting
Armenian Minister of Foreign Affairs Ararat Mirzoyan recently met with Dominic Hasler, Minister of Foreign Affairs, Education, and Sports of Liechtenstein, during the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE) ministerial meeting in Armenia. The representatives from both countries emphasized the importance of political dialogue based on shared values. The main focus of the discussion was on enhancing bilateral cooperation in education, sports, and external affairs.
The OSCE Ministerial Council also discussed the implementation of confidence-building measures to promote peace and intensify efforts to find a mutually acceptable solution through new negotiations. Both Armenian and Liechtenstein officials expressed their willingness to further develop regional cooperation. Mirzoyan presented the peace initiative principles and aimed to enhance confidence-building measures between Armenia and Azerbaijan.
Mirzoyan also updated Hasler on the situation of over 100,000 displaced Armenians following ethnic cleansing in the Artsakh region. He emphasized the necessity of documenting human rights violations and urged the international community to recognize them.
