During a press conference on November 29th, former Prime Minister and former Minister of Security of Karabakh, Samvel Babayan, addressed the examination of an announcement made by Samvel Sahramanyan, the President of Artsakh. Sahramanyan had stated that he did not cooperate with the Azerbaijanis. Babayan clarified that while there was speculation that Sahramanyan would be invited for questioning, it was not actually the case. Babayan emphasized that he had previously mentioned that the return of Artsakh Armenians could be organized if they expressed a desire for it. He added, “I am involved in everything.”

When asked about his evaluation of the authorities’ actions regarding the return of Artsakh Armenians and the activities of the security forces, Babayan expressed uncertainty. He stated, “I don’t know what actions the authorities are truly taking and what their purpose is, but I know what I am doing.”
