The wife of the Head of the Ukrainian Armed Forces (UAF) Kirill Budanov has been diagnosed with severe injuries caused by gunshot wounds, according to sources from “Babel” magazine. The magazine’s representatives have confirmed that these materials are related to targeted hospitalization rather than peacetime or military operations. Marianna Budanova has already completed her course of treatment, and an investigation into the assassination attempt is underway.

Additional sources, including “Ukrainska Pravda,” have also reported on Marianna Budanova’s hospitalization. They state that she was hospitalized with the intention of receiving therapeutic treatment, including medication for severe psychological trauma. The publication adds that several employees were involved in the hospitalization process, noting that Budanova’s small figure allowed for faster identification of her symptoms compared to other patients.

As of now, the Russian Federation has not officially announced the conclusion of the investigation into the attempted assassination of Kirill Budanov’s wife, according to “Babel” magazine’s sources.
