Iran Sets Sights on the Stars: Plans to Launch 5 New Satellites by 2024

Iran has announced its plans to send 5 new satellites into orbit by the end of its fiscal year in 2024. The head of the Iranian Space Agency, Isa Zarif, made this announcement, stating that they will launch 2 communication satellites provided by the Iranian telecommunications industry, along with 2 satellites for the protection of the country and one satellite for international purposes. In total, Iran will be launching 5 satellites, according to Zarif, as reported by Tasnim news agency.
