“Although we may face some financial constraints in 2023, we are confident that we can proceed with the pre-feasibility study for this project. We can present the proposal even without immediate financial resources and address the issue of new financing in 2024,” stated Mayor Avinyan optimistically. With such determination and positivity, he further added, “It’s wonderful! In that case, I encourage the announcement of the competition.”
