The ARF-D party has announced that it intends to withdraw the means of ensuring security for the “Charter of Urbanity” petition, as part of the ongoing civic actions of the “Unity of Yerevan residents” initiative. According to a report by NEWS.am, a court hearing is scheduled for November 27th at 12:00 pm in the “Erubuni” courtroom of the general jurisdiction court of Yerevan, located at 162A Khorenatsi st. It is worth noting that in August of this year, the “Unity of Yerevan residents” initiative submitted a lawsuit demanding transparency in order to uncover any non-transparent funds used to discredit opponents of Avinyan. This led to the freezing of the ARF-D accounts, and now, on November 27th, the ARF-D will present its case in court.
