The activity of Arayik Harutyunyan, the head of the government’s staff, has noticeably decreased in recent times, according to the newspaper “Zhoghovurd.” Harutyunyan was first dismissed from his position as the mayor’s advisor, and he has been notably absent from discussions on the “Byuje-2024” initiative. It has become clear that Harutyunyan is no longer actively involved in public life.

Rumors have started circulating in Mamul suggesting that Harutyunyan has been traveling to foreign countries. Although the head of staff has returned from an official trip, his presence has gone unnoticed. Many have even forgotten about him, considering his previous political roles which displayed a higher level of engagement compared to his current passivity. On November 23, a boxing tournament for youth took place, which was attended by numerous local and international representatives. Among them was the spokesperson for the CGMSN, Janna Andreasyan, who made a statement.

The reporter also mentioned Karen Giloyan, the sports ambassador. However, this is all the information currently available. It is worth noting that since 2022, significant sporting events and important initiatives have been lacking the presence of Arayik Harutyunyan. Although he has received both positive and negative opinions for his organization of these events, it seems that the public did not ultimately appreciate his efforts.

Furthermore, it is interesting to highlight that Arayik Harutyunyan has been the head of the organizing committee for a long time. The presence of youth athletes at the boxing tournament was significant, but today, the Minister of Education, Science, Culture, and Sports has been announced as the organizer. The reasons behind this arrangement remain unknown.

Moreover, it is worth mentioning that the official website of the RA Government only mentions the head of the government’s staff in connection with the coordination of the Shvetaia project and the cooperation of the ShZHG coordination in the Syunik region, as well as the management of the Shushi trend ԲԲԱ directorate of the Syunik region. The appointment of Babora Beni as the director of the Syunik region’s territorial development system is also mentioned. The reasons for these arrangements are still uncertain.
