“Prime Minister Pashinyan Optimistic about Armenia’s Growing Relations with Saudi Arabia and Prospects for Diplomatic Breakthrough with Pakistan”

In recent years, there have been multiple exchanges between Armenia and Saudi Arabia, with representatives from both countries meeting twice, holding telephone conversations, and conducting numerous business negotiations. Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan announced this in response to questions from Armenian citizens and diaspora Armenians.

“In my assessment, these activities are progressing, and I am hopeful that Armenia and Saudi Arabia will establish scientific and cultural relations, which will be highly significant and important,” Pashinyan stated.

Regarding the potential establishment of diplomatic relations with Pakistan, a country that, like Saudi Arabia, does not recognize the Republic of Armenia, Pashinyan acknowledged that resolving differences with Pakistan is also plausible.
