Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan is set to deliver a new statement on November 24th. The decision N 1554-N, issued by the Government of the Republic of Armenia on December 27th, 2018, references the 16th and 3rd articles of the “Law on Local Self-Government” and considers the request of Tigran Gasparyan. As per the decision, Tigran Gasparyan, representative of Tigran Mamikon’s Cabinet, will assume the role of Deputy Chief of Staff responsible for overseeing the organization and management of the department of strategic planning and methodology (position assignment number 06-G27-17.4-G3-1). Additionally, Tigran Gasparyan’s rank will be determined in accordance with the “Law on Official Ranks and Remuneration of Public Officials and Public Services Providers”.
