A serious car accident occurred on November 23rd in the Kotayk province. At approximately 09:30, a Mercedes car travelling on the Yerevan-Sevan highway in the Avovyan administrative district veered off the road, collided with a tree, and overturned. This information was reported by Shamshyan.com.

Immediately following the accident, the injured person received initial medical treatment from the doctors at Avovyan Medical Center. They were then transferred to Avovyan Hospital.

Witnesses at the scene stated that the driver of the ZIL-registered car, who was driving for the Mercedes driver, caused the accident by creating a chaotic situation. This led to an argument involving several individuals, including the drivers.

Fortunately, the police arrived and successfully deescalated the situation. An investigation has been launched to determine the exact cause of the accident.
