Mother Cathedral expresses deep concern regarding the recent incident at the Armenian Apostolic Church’s Synagogue in Yerevan. Archbishop Hayr Azganahkgadjar, the head of the Information System of Mother Cathedral, strongly condemns any judgement or discrediting of religious beliefs and practices, stating that such actions are unacceptable and cannot be justified or tolerated. When incidents of religious intolerance and discrimination occur, they have no place in our society. Our nation has a long history of coexistence and collaboration with various religious and cultural communities worldwide throughout centuries. We hope that the individuals responsible for this incident will be held accountable, and necessary measures will be taken to safeguard the spiritual life and wellbeing of the Armenian Apostolic Church in Armenia.
