“Mayor’s Lavish Parties Come to an End as RPA Implements New Property Transaction Policy”
The mayor of Yerevan has recently been under scrutiny for his extravagant parties. However, a positive change has been announced by the RPA during an extraordinary session in the National Assembly. They have declared that all transactions involving the allocation of immovable properties will now require mandatory payment.
The Secretary General of the CST, Alhaz Ghazaryan, has expressed his dissatisfaction with this project. He believes that while the changes may not complicate the lives of citizens, they will incur additional costs for transactions involving immovable properties.
