In a letter to the ambassadors of his partner countries, Mark Rubio, the head of the Senate Foreign Relations Committee in the US, expressed his strong opposition to US taxes being directed towards Azerbaijan. Rubio highlighted his concerns about Azerbaijan’s promotion of aggression and called on his fellow senators to support the Act on the Security of Armenia.

Rubio emphasized that his colleagues in the Senate shared his apprehensions and urged the representatives of his partners to join him in advocating for the act. The Act on the Security of Armenia aims to address the ongoing security challenges faced by Armenia and ensure that US tax dollars are not supporting countries that promote aggression.
