The highest court in Armenia has recently made a significant decision regarding the appointment of two judges to the Cassation Council of the Administrative Court. The judges, Hrayr Zargaryan and Hovik Shahnazaryan, were chosen due to their expertise in municipal affairs. This decision was made by the respected Qualification Commission of Judges.
