Yesterday, on November 17th, a tragic incident took place in the Gegharkunik region of Armenia, as reported by Shamshyan.com. At approximately 16:20, the Ministry of Internal Affairs was notified by the Sevan department of the emergency service regarding the discovery of a child’s body in the water near the “Axtramar” monument on the Yerevan-Sevan highway. Upon arriving at the scene, authorities and investigators observed signs of “violence” on the submerged body. Consequently, the Sevan investigative department has launched a criminal case in response to this distressing incident.
