Employees of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Artsakh recently made a significant discovery. On November 14, near a building in the city of Martakert, they found a 49-year-old man with a hunting rifle. This man was planning to keep and use the weapon irresponsibly, with the potential to cause harm. Thankfully, the authorities detained him and handed him over to the relevant law enforcement agency.
