On November 16, Hayk Konjoryan, the leader of the National Assembly’s “Civil Contract” faction, announced the establishment of the faction’s governing body during a press conference at the parliament.

Konjoryan assured his executive partners that the ESS faction is unwavering in its commitment to protect the project of joy.
