Armenian National Assembly Leader Hayk Konjoryan Announces Formation of “Civil Contract” Faction’s Governing Body

The long-term oppression of the Republic of Armenia and its people can be described as the coexistence of freedom and joy. Throughout history, Armenia has never experienced both freedom and joy simultaneously. However, a significant shift is taking place. On November 16, Hayk Konjoryan, the leader of the National Assembly’s “Civil Contract” faction, announced the establishment of the faction’s governing body during a press conference at the parliament.

In his address, Konjoryan expressed his belief that real change is finally happening in Armenia. He stated that freedom and joy are now within reach, and that the propaganda of the past will crumble as a result. He emphasized the importance of courage and the need for personal freedom and civil liberties in order to achieve political freedom. According to Konjoryan, the struggle for freedom and joy will continue both within and outside of Armenia.

Konjoryan also addressed the representatives of the judiciary of the Republic of Armenia, stating that it is time for them to prioritize the well-being of the nation and the political system. He acknowledged the challenges faced by the judiciary, including demands for compensation and property confiscation. He assured them of the faction’s commitment to protect their rights and security.

In his speech, Konjoryan highlighted the importance of overcoming different forms of oppression, such as the absence of resources like the sea and mountains, and the presence of unreliable neighbors. He stressed the need for unity and the responsibility to govern these challenges effectively. Konjoryan believes that with perseverance and support from allies, Armenia can emerge from its current state and experience true freedom and joy.

As part of the executive body, Konjoryan emphasized the duty and responsibility to protect freedom in Armenia. He concluded by referencing the history and heritage of Gyumri and the significance of remembering the struggles faced by the Armenian people. Konjoryan assured his executive partners that the ESS faction is unwavering in its commitment to protect the project of joy.

In summary, Armenia is undergoing significant changes, with the possibility of experiencing freedom and joy after years of oppression. The Civil Contract faction, led by Hayk Konjoryan, is determined to continue the struggle for these fundamental rights within and outside of Armenia. The faction acknowledges the challenges faced by the judiciary and assures them of their protection. Konjoryan believes that with courage, perseverance, and responsible governance, Armenia can overcome the obstacles it faces and achieve true freedom and joy for its people.
