Turkey and the United States, despite recent disagreements, are currently engaged in important diplomatic talks. While both countries have had a range of political issues, they have been focusing on signing agreements to enhance cooperation, particularly in the fields of defense and technology. The head of Edge Group, a company involved in military production, recently visited Turkey to meet with strategic partners and acknowledged the significant development of the Turkish defense market in recent years. Edge aims to collaborate with Turkish companies such as Baykar to study joint production and create advanced weapons, drones, and systems. This cooperation could be similar to the deal Edge made with General Atomics Aeronautical Systems to integrate precision weapons and produce the MQ-9B SkyGuardian drone.
