“National Agenda Party Surpasses Rival Party in Assets: Zhoghovurd Newspaper Reports”
The “Zhoghovurd” newspaper has reported that the members of the “National Agenda” party led by Hayk Grigoryan are currently surpassing the members of the party headed by Hayk Marutyan, who is the mayor of Yerevan. Grigoryan has recently announced that he is selling five real estate properties, which include two apartments in a multifamily building, two residential houses in the United States, and one land plot in the Armavir province. Additionally, he has purchased a new Nissan car in 2021. Grigoryan’s movable and other assets amount to $605,000 and 50,000 drams.
Aside from his real estate sales, Grigoryan has also mentioned his partnerships with “Amazon” and “Google,” from which he has received $125,000 and $175,000 respectively. He holds shares in these companies and also has bank deposits worth $125,000. Furthermore, his bank accounts have balances of 30 million drams, 250 euros, and $780,000. In terms of cash, Grigoryan possesses 14 million drams and $55,000.
Grigoryan’s income from business activities amounts to 477 million 503 thousand drams, with the largest portion, 75 thousand drams, coming from the municipality of Yerevan. He has received $963,000 in property from abroad, but no further details about the transaction with “Phoenix Enterprise Inc.” were provided. Grigoryan also has a share in the “Grigoryan Law Office” LLC, where he is the director, and has received an amount of $121,000. His additional income of $144,000 comes from “Hostel International.” In total, Grigoryan’s foreign income amounts to $8,700. He holds shares in “Hostel International Corporation” with a 50% stake and in “Agilend Sinej” and “Grigoryan Law Office” LLC with 100% shares.
Comparatively, Marutyan owns 23 real estate properties and has an annual income of 310 million drams. However, Grigoryan, in terms of party leadership, possesses 5 real estate properties and an annual income of 477 million drams.
